AI Fluency Sprint moves leaders from occasional AI use to a working system they rely on every day. Agent Command is for the team that has to build, govern and run agents across the company. Most people start with the Sprint. Some go straight to Agent Command. Both work.

  • MCP connections across your stack, and the rules that govern them

FAQ

The questionsthat come up.

That is the design. It is self-guided and prescriptive, so a hundred people can run it in the same month without a trainer on your side. Registration handles the whole rollout online, including the quote, the invoice and your PO number.

Yes. The trainings run side by side and the weekly loads do not compete: the Sprint is about 3 self-guided hours a week, Agent Command 5 to 7 in cohort.

Yes. Founders, solo operators and senior individual contributors do this work too. "Executive" describes the kind of work, not the title on your card.

Only if they will personally do the building. If they need to use AI with confidence and lead the people who build, the Sprint is the right altitude.

No. Neither training depends on the other. Start where your bottleneck is.

Sprint: one paid AI tool, usually ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot. No technical background needed.

Agent Command: a company-approved AI build tool such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex or GitHub Copilot. Participants direct these tools in plain English to build agents and workflows for many kinds of business work.

The rollout form handles it at any seat count. Request a formal quote, or have an invoice emailed instead of paying by card. Invoices carry your billing company, address and PO number. Card or ACH; above $10,000 the order moves to ACH, wire or invoice and still completes online.

Full refund through the end of week one, on both trainings. No form and no approval to wait on.
